This programme has been designed for individuals who are passionate about data and cutting-edge technology and who seek to combine this passion with general business skills and intercultural competencies to enhance their job prospects in the field of data and AI.
Programme curriculum includes all aspects of data science, from statistical modelling to big data and data governance. You will gain knowledge about AI and its predictive analytics and you will learn to make strategic decisions based on data. This programme will train you in intercultural communication and provide you with digital business competencies such as digital marketing and economics. With this diverse and valuable skillset, you will be an asset to any technology company anywhere in the world.
This programme takes 36 months to complete.
GISMA Business school was established in 1999 for talented and skilled students to help develop tech-driven and innovative solutions to some of the biggest challenges in the business world. With this goal, the business school is expanding and helping individuals across the world to pursue their dreams and achieve them. The Business School offers undergraduate and Master’s courses. GISMA works with a network of global organisations in business and higher education to support the business community in its internationalisation and change processes by preparing students for the global and regional (German) business community.
This bachelor’s degree programme is offered in a hybrid learning mode. This means that some lectures require in-class presence, at Berlin-Potsdam campus, while the rest of the programme is delivered through e-learning sessions. Project-based learning method has been enhanced with collaborative learning, and personalised coaching sessions with programme instructors. Students are expected to participate in online discussions, offer reflective feedback on study cases, participate in group exercises and group projects.
In order to qualify for the programme, the following criteria need to be met:
• General university entrance qualification
• English proficiency: B2 (IELTS 5.5) or equivalent
For non-standard entry routes, i.e. candidates with no academic degree, applications will be considered on a case-by-base basis.
